With 5 years of Tai Chi mastery, rooted in the traditions of Crete, Mihalis has journeyed from owning a martial arts school to living off the grid. He continues to lead Tai Chi retreats and participate in teaching seminars, ensuring his practice evolves. Committed to embodying Tai Chi’s virtues in daily life, he stays current in his field, living the principles he teaches.
